At Emberlane Living, we're committed to delivering your home decor pieces safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping options, delivery times, and what you can expect when ordering from us.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We're working on expanding our delivery coverage and hope to offer international shipping in the future. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days will be included in that day's processing batch. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. During this time, we carefully prepare and package your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options for all UK orders:

Standard Shipping - FREE
- Cost: Free on all orders
- Delivery time: 10-14 business days after processing
- Total time from order: 11-17 business days (including 1-3 days processing)
- Includes tracking

Express Shipping - £6.99
- Cost: £6.99 per order
- Delivery time: 7-11 business days after processing
- Total time from order: 8-14 business days (including 1-3 days processing)
- Includes tracking

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within the UK and external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress and estimated delivery date. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at support@emberlaneliving.com.

Delivery Requirements

A signature may be required upon delivery for certain items. If you're not available to receive your package, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for collection or redelivery.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours, or provide delivery instructions in the notes section at checkout if you have specific requirements.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please first check your tracking information for updates. If your tracking shows no movement for several days or you believe your package is lost, contact us immediately at support@emberlaneliving.com and we'll investigate with the courier.

Damaged Items During Shipping

We take great care in packaging all items securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or multiple failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@emberlaneliving.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed yet. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Peak Season Shipping

During busy periods such as holidays and seasonal sales, processing and delivery times may be extended. We'll notify you of any expected delays and work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
